Reflet, a project full of love

We have chosen to share a list of objective criteria, which serve as our minimum requirements for selecting Reflet experts, healthcare professionals, and partners.

Meeting these criteria does not guarantee acceptance into Reflet, as other factors are taken into account (interpersonal connection, teaching ability, synthesis skills, etc.). It does mean that all Reflet professionals and partners must meet these requirements before a collaboration is considered.

For the healthcare professionals featured in the Santé Reflet series, available on Reflet with episode excerpts on YouTube, the professionals commit to:

• Hold a valid, official healthcare professional degree (Medicine in all specialties and all legally recognized healthcare professions: Nurse, Nursing Assistant, Dietitian, Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, etc.);
• Have over 2 years of experience and have supported more than 100 patients;
• Have supported more than 50 people on the relevant topic and/or authored published scientific studies and/or written books on the relevant topic;
• Use a scientific approach in their patient support process.

Reflet healthcare professionals are compensated for their participation in the Health Series, covering filming, image rights, and preparation. Compensation is determined as fairly as possible based on their experience and qualifications.

For the sports coaches featured in the Sport Santé Reflet series, with episode excerpts available on YouTube, the coaches commit to:

• Have over 2 years of experience and/or have coached more than 100 people;
• Hold a valid, official sports coaching certification;
• Have supported more than 50 people on the area of expertise covered;
• Work hand-in-hand with healthcare professionals and refer their clients to them when necessary;
• Never analyze test results alone, without consultation and confirmation from a healthcare professional.

Sports coaches, if they participate as independent contractors in the Sports Health Series, are compensated for filming, image rights, and preparation. The terms are as fair as possible, taking into account their experience and qualifications.

For the professionals featured in the Reflet 100% Natural or Reflet Entrepreneur interview formats available on YouTube, guests commit to:

• Have at least 2 years of experience and/or have supported more than 100 people;
• Have supported more than 50 people on the subject matter and/or written published scientific studies and/or written books on the subject matter;
• Have recognized training in the subject matter;
• Always work hand-in-hand with healthcare professionals;
• Refer their clients to healthcare professionals when necessary;
• Never provide a diagnosis (which must be made by a doctor or gynecologist);
• Never analyze test results alone, without consultation and confirmation from a healthcare professional;
• Always share scientifically validated information with their clients.

For your information, the professionals featured in the 100% Natural or Reflet Entrepreneur episodes contribute financially to the production costs.
