ART

Find a specialist
Approximately 2.5 million assisted reproductive technology (ART) cycles are performed worldwide each year. In big cities, dozens of centers, private or public, support couples and single women in medically assisted procreation. Many factors are taken into account in an ART procedure: age, lifestyle, emotional well-being... And in addition to support from the ART center, being supported and monitored by complementary professionals is key. Through our experiences, we have noticed that couples are sometimes sent too late by their gynecologist to assisted reproduction centers and that they are sometimes partially accompanied. Our objective with Reflet? Lay the foundations of the starting point of support, have a dedicated action plan and be supported by a multidisciplinary team that helps you along your journey. The aim? Support your dedicated medical team on site and your gynecologist. Reflet offers multidisciplinary support and a global career, but your file must always be followed up by your gynecologist first. Some gynecologists sometimes question the impact of other professions in a global context: this is why we looked for all the existing studies and statistics that support the benefits of a multidisciplinary approach.

PCOS

Find a specialist
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common hormonal disorder, affecting approximately 1 in 10 women of reproductive age. It can lead to ovulation disorders, infertility, excess androgens, acne, weight gain, and menstrual cycle disorders. We talk about it more and more, that's for sure (and that's good), but are we really supporting it in the best way possible? Indeed, there are countless companies that sell miracle food supplements, but to treat PCOS in a personalized way, it is also and above all to refocus on yourself. How do we react? What do we personally need? Gynaecological medicine and support are key, as are other existing approaches, and some international studies confirm their positive impact on PCOS.

endometriosis

Find a specialist
If you are here, you probably don't need to be reminded what endometriosis is. What we can tell you, on the other hand, is that it affects about 1 in 10 women and that it is being taken more and more seriously by the medical sphere. Being a female condition that has taken time to be considered, too little research has been done on the subject. At Reflet, we strongly believe in the positive impact of a global approach to patients with endometriosis. This approach is called “integrative”: this means that it involves care through various practices: medical (obviously), but also paramedical, complementary and emotional. Doctors are still too resistant to complementary approaches because there have been a lot of excesses and magic formulas announced when they do not really exist. Our aim is not to give you a magic formula. Our aim is to improve your overall well-being. This is why, specialty by specialty, we searched the net to find you studies, dissertations, surveys carried out by statistical institutes sometimes, by students at other times, in France and abroad. The aim? Get things done together for your well-being and in a secure way. This is exactly why we created Reflet: in addition to evangelizing on an integrative approach to health, we seek and select, city by city, the best multidisciplinary experts to support endometriosis. We want to help you and we want to do it with the best in their field, and only the best. In the rest of this page, you will find the known benefits of each of the approaches as well as mentions of the surveys, studies or dissertations carried out on the subject of various complementary practices and endometriosis. In all cases, it is essential to have regular medical follow-up for your endometriosis (gynecologist, general practitioner...). Integrative practices only come in addition to solid medical support.

oocyte freezing

Find a specialist
If you are here it is probably because you are considering egg freezing. Whether for medical reasons or because you are getting older, it is very healthy to ask yourself the question so for that, congratulations! This is a subject that is still little talked about, but since the biggest factor in infertility is age, egg freezing should be much more popular. It is not that all women should freeze their eggs, but all women should be informed about the possibility of doing so and the importance of asking themselves the question. And like all other topics related to fertility, freezing your oocytes in an optimal way can be supported by multidisciplinary experts. They can be a support both to explain the risks, to understand what motivates you to do this process or to increase the quality of your oocytes at the time of the puncture and therefore improve your long-term fertility. Since a global approach is key in our opinion, we bring you, in addition to the advantages of a multidisciplinary approach, a factual vision of things. We are seriously looking at the facts: what do the statistics say about egg freezing?
